We recently wrote to tell you that IPS is now part of Aegon UK and that we were upgrading the service as part of a multi-million pound investment.

The upgrade successfully happened on 27 December 2017 and the new Terms & Conditions came into force from this date.

The Customer Dashboard is now the new home for your portfolio.

How to log in

Already registered your upgraded account?
Use the login button at the top of the page to go directly to your IPS customer dashboard. You’ll need your customer number, memorable date and password, so make sure you have them to hand.

Never registered for online IPS?
Call 0345 272 0089 to set up. It's important you do this as transactions on IPS will mainly be online.

Previously registered for online IPS but haven't logged in since 22 December 2017?
Click below to register your upgraded account using your existing email address and password.

Change to December and January Direct Debit collections

We won’t be collecting any Direct Debits between 21 December and 10 January (inclusive). If your direct debit falls between:

  • 21 and 31 December - you won’t make a contribution in December. We’ll collect both December and January payments together in January. From February 2018 onwards, it will revert back to normal
  • 1 and 10 January - you won’t make a contribution in January. We’ll collect both your January and February payments together in February. From March 2018 onwards, it will revert back to normal.
