We recently wrote to tell you that IPS is now part of Aegon UK and that we were upgrading the service as part of a multi-million pound investment.

The upgrade successfully happened on 27 December 2017 and the new Terms & Conditions came into force from this date.

The Customer Dashboard is now the new home for your portfolio.

Important notice - Bank Holiday office hours

Please note that our office will be closed during the public holidays on Friday 30 March 2018 and Monday 2 April 2018. All of our services will resume as normal on Tuesday 3 April 2018.

Use the login button at the top of the page to go directly to your IPS customer dashboard. You’ll need your customer number, memorable date and password, so make sure you have them to hand.

Call 0345 272 0089 to set up. It's important you do this as transactions on IPS will mainly be online.
