Investor Portfolio Service (IPS)

At Aegon, we make it easy for you to manage and track your own investments, in your own time. That’s why we’ve built our new digital service with you in mind - designed to work seamlessly across mobile and tablet, Mac and PC – you can enjoy a collection of tools and services to get the most out of planning for your financial goals.

What you can expect

  • A single account view of all investments held with Aegon
  • Quick valuations ready to print
  • Expand and change your portfolio – add products, top up, switch and sell funds online
  • Make and track transactions across a range of our products
  • Online access to digital documents
  • A new General Investment Account (GIA) – this is where any unit trusts/OEICS you’re invested in will be held, and the cash facility in it replaces your IPS Cash Account. You can find more information about this once you’ve logged in.

How to access your online account

If you’ve already registered to manage your account online, you can use your existing details and password. You’ll be asked some additional security questions to register which you can use to access your account.

If you’re not currently registered, call us on 0345 272 0089 and we’ll set you up.

Financial Advice

If you decide that you’d like some extra help with your investments and savings, a financial adviser may be the right option for you. They have knowledge, experience and expertise to recommend the best course of action for you to take, based on your personal circumstances and will review your investments to help you have the best chance of achieving the financial future you want.

You can find a financial adviser near you by using unbiased.co.uk or findanadviser.org. Please note, this may incur a charge.
